Our Policies

Our goal at PAWS-ON-ME, LLC is to provide your pet with the best care possible for all services we provide. Please take a moment to review our polices and don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

Meet and Greets An in-home or our-place complimentary “Meet and Greet” is required for all new clients prior to our first scheduled visit. We must meet with you and your pets and assess them before we make a commitment to providing care. During the “Meet and Greet” we will have the opportunity to meet you and interact with your pet(s). For Pet Sitting services we will do a quick walk through of your home to learn where your pet's supplies are including food, medicine, leashes, walking area, etc.  We strongly suggest this interview take place close to the start of our services so meeting us will still be fresh in your pet’s memory.

Cancellations To cancel a visit, please call or text. If you need to cancel a daily walk or day care please give us at least 6 hours in advance of the scheduled time. For boarding, please call at least 48 hours in advance. For dog walks, if we arrive at your home and can not gain access, your pet is not at home, or if you simply no longer needed the visit, you will be charged for the full amount of the scheduled visit. Because of high demand during holiday seasons, cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to the first date of service to avoid cancellation fees. Half price for cancellations within 2 weeks of start date. Full charge will apply to cancellations made within 24 hours during holiday seasons. We do understand emergencies happen and we reserve the right to waive any fees for these situations.

Payments Payment for services are due at the end of each week. For pet sitting, a deposit is required and balance is due when service is completed. We accept check, Chase Quick Pay, Zelle, Paypal, Venmo

Holiday Visits We encourage you to make reservations in advance for the holidays! A 50% deposit is required to hold holiday reservations. The balance is due on the first day of the holiday visit. All holiday deposits are non-refundable.

When you make a reservation, those are the dates you pay for, even if you start later than your starting date or end before your leaving date. We have reserved these time slots for you!

Holiday surcharge fees are $15 per walk & $30 per day for boarding. The following holidays apply: Thanksgiving,Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year Eve, New Years Day, Easter, July4th and Labor Day.

Extreme Weather Conditions At PAWS-ON-ME, your pet’s health and safety is always our first concern. With this in mind, there may be a few days during the year that we need to change your scheduled visit as we adjust for the weather. In extreme hot and/or cold conditions we will shorten the length of your dog’s time outside. We will make sure they get a chance to do their business and spend the remainder of the visit indoors. Our goal is to get everyone off of the roads and safely home as quickly as possible.
